1. Promise Prenatal

Cost: $24.80 for a one month supply
Daily Dose: 1 capsule per day
Why this one: Promise Prenatal is a 3 stage system specifically designed for each stage of pregnancy. With stage on, it promotes conception and helps reduce morning sickness. With only having to take one capsule a day, it makes it way easier to take compared to other brands where you take multiple doses throughout the day. It contains no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. It is gluten free as well. The pills themselves are coated in iron to help eliminate nausea as well as helping the pill go down a little easier. Promise Prenatal has one of the best price points in the All Natural Category.

2. Prenatal Multivitamin- Vitamin Code: Raw Prenatal Multivitamin

Cost: $30 for a one month supply
Daily Dose: 3 capsules per day
Why this one: Yes it is a pricier choice when compared to other prenatals, but Vitamin Code is made with whole-food complexes, not synthetic chemical isolates. Meaning, this comes from real food that our body recognizes and can more readily absorb. Since it is from whole-food complexes, it is easier on the stomach- this can be much appreciated when morning sickness is wreaking havoc on the stomach. These can easily be absorbed, so they do not have to be taken with food like other vitamins.
Other Features: It's uncooked, untreated, and contains no fillers. It is also dairy-free, contains probiotics, and ginger which helps fight nausea. Even though it is labeled Prenatal, it can be taken throughout the entirety of pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

3. Perfect Prenatal Multivitamin

Cost: $46.99 for a one month supply
Daily Dose: 3 capsules per day
Why this one: Like Vitamin Code, Perfect Prenatal is also made from whole-food complexes. Made from organic vegetables and herbs, it can also be taken on an empty stomach. What separates this one, however, it is made with folic acid instead of folate. Folate is naturally derived, whereas folic acid is the synthetic form. But, Perfect Prenatal does have taste going for it. In 2016, it won the award for Taste by Life Women's Essentials Award, by Taste for Life Magazine.
